About Steve Slater, Founder & CEO

Steve founded Ateca in 2012 and has led it ever since. He has spent more than a decade placing senior private bankers, relationship managers and complete teams across the Gulf, Asia and Europe, and personally leads every mandate the firm accepts — from the first conversation to the signed offer. He splits his time between the firm’s centres in Dubai and Limassol. He holds an MBA.
