Steve is the founder and Managing Partner of Ateca. He leads the firm’s private banking practice and has direct responsibility for the firm’s most senior mandates across the private wealth industry.
Steve established Ateca in its current form as a specialist executive search firm focused on private banking, wealth management, and family offices. The firm has developed through a deliberate series of strategic pivots from earlier iterations spanning technology recruitment, project management, and management consulting. Each pivot reflected a view that sector depth — combined with jurisdictional licensing in the places that matter for private wealth — produces better outcomes for clients than generalist coverage.
Prior to founding Ateca, Steve’s career covered [senior roles in technology recruitment and management consulting at named firms to be confirmed], giving him a background that combines operational delivery, senior-level client relationships, and an understanding of the regulated environments in which Ateca’s clients operate.
